EPOS and Genesys - A Natural Partnership for Improved User Experience
EPOS is partnering with Genesys to deliver the EPOS premium audio experience to Genesys’ platforms. The integration includes built-in call control on the headset, support for busy light showing agent status, and access to EPOS software to help manage assets and oversee headset usage.
