EPOS Connect for MacOS - Collecting Logs
Collecting logs in EPOS Connect for MacOS is a relatively straightforward process. Navigate to the help page and click on "Download logfiles":
This will generate a zipfile that the user can then save to their desktop:
The resulting zipfile can then be attached to the Zendesk ticket.
In order to send us the log files of your EPOS Connect software, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the EPOS Connect Application
- Select the help icon (question mark) to open the help page.
- Click "Download logfiles"
- The application will now automatically generate an email with a *.zip file and you will be prompted to save the file.
- Save the *.zip archive on your computer and attach the file to this email chain to send to us.
